Disclaimer and booking conditions

The massages and wellness services offered in my studio are intended exclusively for relaxation and well-being. They are not medical or therapeutic treatments and do not replace a medical diagnosis or medical therapy. I do not make diagnoses or promise any form of healing.

1. Personal responsibility and health requirements

You use my massage services at your own responsibility. People with health conditions and pregnant people should seek medical advice beforehand to rule out possible risks.

2. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I accept no liability for health reactions or consequential effects that occur during or after a treatment. Liability for intent or gross negligence remains unaffected.

3. No medical treatment

My massages do not replace medical or physiotherapeutic treatment. If you have health complaints, I recommend consulting an appropriate medical professional.

4. Appointments and cancellation policy

By booking an appointment with Handkontakt – Denise Hollstein, you accept this disclaimer and my booking conditions.

• Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the agreed time, or missed without cancellation, will be charged at 50% of the treatment price.
• Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance remain free of charge.

5. Changes and availability of information

I make every effort to keep all information about my services current and accurate. However, I cannot guarantee completeness, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. I reserve the right to make changes.
